We aim to send parcels within 24 hours excluding weekends and bank holidays.

UK and Northern Ireland Orders

All order over £30 incur no delivery charge. Orders below £30 will incur a £2.50 shipping fee.

Orders to be shipped to mainland UK and Northern Ireland will be sent by Royal Mail 24.

All orders over £30 in value are shipped by Royal Mail 24 Tracked, whilst, orders outside the UK are also sent via Royal Mail International.

Royal Mail first class delivery carries no guaranteed delivery time. Although Royal Mail report an average delivery time of 2 – 5 working days, this is in no way a guaranteed timescale.

We cannot act upon any delivery instructions left in the comments box at the checkout on the website.

Royal Mail can take some time to deliver orders, however if an order has not been delivered within 10 working days then it is assumed missing, on the understanding that it has been verified it is not at the local Royal Mail sorting office.

May we assure our customers that it is very rare indeed that there is any issue with the delivery service provided by the Royal Mail.

Please note that Royal Mail may deliver your parcel on a Saturday.

Additionally we offer a delivery option called “Express 24hr*” If your order is placed between Monday and Thursday before 1pm then it is guaranteed to arrive the following day up to 1pm. If your order is placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday then your order will be sent out on Monday (providing it is not a Bank Holiday) and will arrive with you before 1pm on Tuesday.

Orders Over £250

When a customer orders over £250 the products are sent by Parcel Force courier and require a signature; orders sent with this service usually arrive within 1-2 days.

These parcels can take up to 10 business days to arrive.

International Orders

International orders over £100 will be sent via Parcel Force courier and usually arrive within 2-3 days depending on location. During busy periods or peak seasons, we may experience unforeseen delays. In these instances, we will always attempt to notify customers of any delays at the shopping basket stage before orders are placed, or via e-mail.
